These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jq777 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using jq777 you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Each user may hold only one Account on jq777. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
To open an Account you must complete the registration form on the Site, providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must also set a secure password for your Account.
jq777 applies a Know Your Customer process in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required at any point — including prior to processing a withdrawal — to submit identity documents such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify jq777 support immediately.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. jq777 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is a suspected breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity or where required by applicable law or licensing obligations.
Funds may be deposited into your Account using the payment methods available in the Site's cashier at the time of deposit. jq777 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice. References to payment providers do not imply endorsement of gambling by those providers or any affiliation with jq777.
Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier and are denominated in PKR where applicable. All deposits must originate from a payment source held in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification being in place. jq777 reserves the right to apply a processing period of up to 5 business days for withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the original payment method used for deposit where technically feasible.
Real Money Funds that have not been subject to at least one wagering turnover may be subject to a withdrawal processing review. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn, subject to any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the applicable promotional terms.
PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is the primary currency reference for Pakistani users. Where currency conversion is required, the rate applied will be that available at the time of the transaction. jq777 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details submitted are accurate. jq777 accepts no liability for funds lost or delayed due to incorrect payment information provided by you.
All bets placed on jq777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each Sporting Event or game product. These rules are displayed on the relevant betting or game page and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
jq777 offers markets on cricket matches including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament games and bilateral series, as well as football, UFC bouts and other sports. Bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body. References to PCB, PSL, ICC or any other sports organisation are for sporting context only; jq777 has no official affiliation with or endorsement from any such body.
jq777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed on events that were already concluded at the time of placement, or bets that are otherwise invalid under applicable product rules. Void bets are returned to your Account Balance at the original stake.
Maximum single-bet and cumulative payout limits apply and are displayed in the relevant product section. jq777 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict betting on specific markets at its discretion.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected Sporting Events including cricket matches and football. jq777 accepts no liability for any delay between live match events and the display of in-play odds on the Site. Bets accepted prior to a significant in-play event may be settled at odds that reflect pre-event information.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers made available by jq777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Where any conflict arises between general terms and promotional-specific terms, the promotional terms shall prevail for the purposes of that offer.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates and maximum bet limits applicable during bonus play are stated in each promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Bonus Funds and associated free bet or free spin credits that are not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from your Account automatically without notice. Real Money Funds are not affected by bonus expiry.
jq777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, via exploitation of technical errors, or through any form of coordinated abuse. Decisions made by jq777 in relation to bonus disputes are final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jq777 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:
jq777 reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall design and layout — is the property of jq777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the Site in any form without prior written permission from jq777, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
The Site and all services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jq777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation or availability of the Site, the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Site, or the suitability of any game or betting product for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jq777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if jq777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jq777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that affect the availability or performance of the Site.
jq777 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through use of the Site. By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds wagered.

Nothing in this Agreement affects any mandatory rights that you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
jq777 operates under applicable international licensing. The Platform does not claim to hold a licence issued by any Pakistani governmental authority, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Site complies with all laws applicable to them, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any other relevant legislation.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jq777's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under jq777's applicable operating licence. Details are available by contacting support.
jq777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, jq777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the Site or by email. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Site following the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Site and may request closure of your Account.
